Ryan Zhou appointed as NielsenIQ China FMCG Managing Director

NielsenIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, announced today the appointment of Ryan Zhou as China FMCG Managing Director. This appointment will be effective from September 1st. He will lead the Retail Measurement Services (RMS) and the newly integrated Strategic Analytics & Insights business, which includes Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI), Advanced Anaytics & Big Data (AAC), and BASES. With profound industry insights and data comprehension, he will lead NIQ China to fulfill the commitment of “delivering the Full View”, driving the continuous growth of the business in China. 


Ryan has been with NielsenIQ for 18 years, during which he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and professional expertise. He has successfully led various teams and initiatives, including RMS, AAC, Customer Success for Asia Pacific. Besides, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Global Customer Support CoE and Asia Pacific Regional Insight Center. In his current role as China E-Commerce and Omnichannel Managing Director, Ryan built a robust team, and deepened cooperation with top e-commerce giants, significantly advancing our omnichannel strategies.
